Essential equipment for the Japanese Antarctic Research Expedition during the early ’80s and on the Japan/China/Nepal team’s 1988 Mt. Everest challenge, this iconic watch also gained a cult following as an ’80s action movie favorite. Upgraded to meet the special demands of deep sea diving, this new design includes such indispensable functions as a diving log, depth meter with auto start and sudden ascent alarm, and a water temperature measurement function, and follows ISO standards for scuba diving.
