    Sterling provided exceptional service. I found something in a magazine and gave him the info along w a picture of it. He immediately found what I was looking for. And was able to order it for me and had it sent to me asap! Alas the watch was too large for me. But he was also able to process a refund for me without any issues. Will love to work with him again for any future purchases. He is saved in my contact list.
