This was my first time working with Dejaun Jewelers and it couldn’t have been any smoother! They were very responsive to any questions I had and went the extra mile to accommodate the transaction. I would absolutely recommend Dejaun to anyone and look forward to working with them in the future. Thank you again!

I recently ordered a watch from Dejaun Jewelers, a company with whom I had not previously done business. I immediately received notice that my watch was being shipped. The day it was scheduled to arrive I received a message from the shipper that it had been delivered. I searched all around the outside of the house that day and the following two days, but it didn't show up. At that point I contacted Dejaun Jewelers to express my concern. I immediately received a message from them indicating that the major storms had interrupted their deliveries. When I informed them that I needed to leave the U.S. four days later, they told me they would overnight the watch to me. It arrived today, as they said it would, in perfect condition. I know Dejaun Jewelers was not responsible either for the weather or for the miscommunication with the shipper, but I really appreciated their willingness to do what was necessary to complete the shipment. I would recommend them as a company to do business with.
