With the strong, sleek lines of the Seiko Astron, the world’s first commercially available quartz watch, today’s Astron is designed for a new generation of leaders, breaking through to the future with excellence in both innovation and style. Available only in a controlled-production run of 1,200, with the serial number engraved on each caseback, this exceptional watch combines solid tailoring with the highest degree of accuracy possible in a wristwatch. Equipped with Seiko’s 5X83 caliber, offering both high-speed GPS dual time and time zone adjustment to 39 time zones and a chronograph function that measures elapsed time in 1/20th second increments, the high precision timepiece also features an AM/PM indicator, daylight saving time function, power save function, perpetual day/date calendar correct to the year 2100, and a time transfer function that allows the user to switch the main time and dual time indications with the push of a button, all powered by light energy with no battery change required.     I was looking for a particular piece of jewelry for my wife for our 30th wedding anniversary. I found it on Dejaun’s website but I waited too long and they sold out. I looked elsewhere but could not find it except for John Hardy’s website, but the price increased $700. I contacted Michael at Dejaun and he was extremely helpful and prompt with his responses.
