You may exchange your Timepiece within 15 days and receive a 100% credit towards a future purchase. If your Timepiece was a special order or custom order it is not returnable. If you return a Timepiece and receive a refund or cancel an order you will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. There are no exceptions. We will not refund credit card fees or shipping. All exchanges and returns must be made within 15 days receipt of your Timepiece.
Returned items and exchanges will not be permitted and will be refused if the Timepiece has been worn, sized, used, engraved or has been altered in any way from the original condition.
All returned items and exchanges require a return authorization from Dejaun Jewelers prior to returning any merchandise. Return Authorizations must be requested within 5 days of the date the merchandise was delivered. You must include the Dejaun Jeweler Return Authorization Number (RA#) on your package or our shipping department will refuse the shipment and it will be returned to you.
Special order and custom order items are not returnable or refundable under any circumstances. Deposits for special order or custom order items are not refundable.
Once we have received your Authorized Return we inspect your returned item to be sure it has not been worn, sized, used, engraved or altered in any way from the original condition and your refund/exchange will be processed. Any item that has been worn, sized, used, engraved or altered in any way will not be accepted for return.
The Dejaun Jeweler Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be displayed on your package or it will be refused upon receipt and returned to you.
Your refund or exchange will be processed within 1-2 business from the date Dejaun Jewelers receives your returned item.
Here is how to properly return a Timepiece or Jewelry to Dejaun Jewelers:
1- Contact Dejaun Jewelers and advice us that you would like to return your item by calling us at 888-463-3528.
2- Pack your item with the original packing which was received from Dejaun Jewelers. All boxing and papers including owner’s manuals, warranty cards and any other item included in the manufacturer’s box. There is a $100.00 charge for replacement of any lost or damaged papers including owner’s manuals, boxes, warranty cards or any other item included in the manufacturer’s box.

4- Be sure to insure the package for the full selling price that you paid. Check with your selected mail carrier to make sure that they will allow you to insure your Timepiece and Jewelry shipment for the full value. (FedEx only insures watches and jewelry for a maximum of $500.00)
